A senior executive at JPMorgan Chase has been accused in a lawsuit of s+x¥ally hara§§ing, ab¥sing, and c%ercing a junior male colleague over several months, using threats and alleged dr¥gging to control him.
The defendant, Lorna Hajdini, 37, an executive director in the bank’s Leveraged Finance division, is alleged to have subjected the unnamed employee, identified as John Doe, to repeated non-consensual encounters, racial ab¥se, and intimidation tied to his career progression.
Filed in New York, the lawsuit claims the alleged misconduct began shortly after both began working together in 2024. Doe alleges Hajdini made inappropriate advances early on, which escalated into explicit threats, including warnings that his promotion depended on complying with her demands.
The complaint further alleges that Hajdini admitted to secretly dr¥gging him on multiple occasions to facilitate s+x¥al encounters. Doe claims he repeatedly resisted but ultimately complied out of fear of retaliation. He also accuses the bank of failing to protect him and instead p¥nishing him after he reported the incidents.
