Popular Nigerian content creator and comedian, Shank Comic, has stirred reactions online after sharing his views on love and infid£lity during a recent interview.
Speaking on whether men can genuinely love their partners and still ch£at, Shank Comic answered in the affirmative, insisting that ch£ating does not necessarily mean a man does not love his woman.
When asked if men can be in love and still be unfaithful, the comedian responded, “Yes, ma’am. It’s just the way it goes.”
According to him, many men are capable of loving their partners while engaging in relationships outside their commitments.
“I feel like men can multitask. They can love you and still ch£at on you,” he said.
Shank further argued that, in many cases, infid£lity is not necessarily motivated by a desire to h¥rt a partner.
“I think they love you enough not to… I don’t think the ch£ating is trying to hurt you, you get me? But you getting h¥rt in the process is…” he said.
Realising how controversial his explanation sounded, the comedian laughed and admitted he was struggling to justify the point.
“The more I try to explain this, the more I’m sounding fully like… But yeah, the truth is that men can love you and still like ch£ating,” he concluded.
