Nigerian Mother and Two Children Lose Lives in Devastating Cr+sh Caused by a Drunk Driver in Texas

A heartbreaking incident has claimed the lives of a Nigerian woman, Nihinlolawa Agoro, and two of her children, Temiloluwa and Isaac, following a fatal road acc#dent in Texas, United States.

According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2026, along US-90A between Harlem Road and Pitts Road. Authorities say it involved two vehicles and left several others inj¥red.

Preliminary reports indicate that an SUV carrying five occupants was heading eastbound when a truck traveling westbound suddenly crossed the median, lost control, and collided head-on with the SUV. The impact caused the truck to overturn and burst into flames.

Officials confirmed that three passengers in the SUV—a 44-year-old woman, a 22-year-old woman, and an 18-year-old woman, were pronounced d+ad at the scene.  Two children, a 4-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, were rushed to the hospital alongside the 20-year-old truck driver, all suffering serious inj¥rues.

Investigators are currently working to determine whether alcohol played a role in the crash. Authorities also believe the victims may have been on their way to church at the time, based on their attire.

The case remains under active investigation. A family member, Lola Oni, later confirmed the tragic loss in a Facebook post on Tuesday, March 17.
