Chelsea has sealed the deal that would see two U21 players Datro Fofana and Andrey Santos play for the team, even as the Winter transfer window opens in less than two weeks.
Since the January window is too short, Clubs are doing everything within their power to conclude deals and strengthen their squad.
The Chelsea management reached a full agreement to sign the U21 Brazilian top talented midfielder Andrey Santos from Vasco da Gama. He is born in 2004 and has agree personal terms with Chelsea despite City group and Newcastle interest. Chelsea will pay around 20 million Euros for Santos, he will be come part of the strategy to sign best talents in the world.
Moreso, Vasco da Gama would receive 70 percent of total fee, as reported by Brazilian Press.
