At least 11 people sustained g¥nshot wo¥nds following a sh%%ting during Saturday night’s homecoming celebrations near Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, United States.
The incident, which occurred around 7:50 p.m., caused panic as families, students and other attendees scrambled for safety. Three victims were reportedly seriously inj¥red, while another was said to be in critical condition.
Witnesses described frightening scenes as people ran, fell and hid to escape the g¥nfire. One witness said children were left crying while adults desperately tried to move them to safety.
Another witness described the chaos on Perry Street, saying people were running, falling, ducking and hiding as shots rang out.
A third witness claimed to have watched people being sh%t directly in front of them and appealed for prayers for the victims’ families.
