A doctor who serves as a house officer in one of the federal government’s teaching hospitals has spoken out about the challenges facing the profession at the moment- unpaid salaries.
He revealed this in an anonymous message that investigative journalist, David Hundeyin posted on his Twitter account.
He said that he was unable to go to work for a few days because of a lack of transportation fare and that he was afraid of having his licence revoked if he complained to the Medical Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), the concerned organization.
