Nigerians took their zeal to get their permanent voters card (PVC) to a new level after some young men brought a mattress to an INEC PVC collection centre.
The two young men lay on a mattress, on the floor and began telling those willing to listen that the delay in disbursing of INEC permanent voters cards is a planned act.
“They know what they are doing”, one of the furious young men said.
Their act started because the huge crowd which can be seen in the video had not been issued their PVCs.
