APC supporters were caught on camera in a coaster bus as they were going back from the APC mega rally held at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Lagos.
In the video, a woman was seen standing on the aisle of the long bus and sharing white envelopes with each of the occupants, who are mostly females.
A quick zoom at the content of the envelope reveals a thin wad of old naira notes.
Those old naira banknotes have been ordered to be returned to bank vaults by the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, and the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele.
Netizens were enraged at the video, and once again the ruling party, APC was accused of weaponizing poverty.
