The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu said this on his New Year business lunch telecasted by TVC.
The 70-year-old former governor of Lagos State proposed a cut in the country’s budget meant for ‘space’ and investing it in gas pipeline projects that can give gas in Europe.
“I don’t care what Russia will say, I want to compete”, Bola Tinubu said.
The video of the seasoned politician’s speech didn’t draw much applause from the viewers, as they alleged they didn’t understand whatever point he was trying to make.
However, his audience in the video kept interjecting his speech with rounds of clapping from time to time.
