Asawa Joe, a former chairman of Ushongu local government area of Benue state has been beaten for wearing an Atiku-branded shirt at governor Ortom’s senatorial campaign flagoff.
This video was posted by Facebook, Vershima Aondoakaa, on Tuesday.
The assaulted PDP leader explained that he came into a gathering of fellow PDP members, in high spirit putting on his branded Atiku shirt but he not informed that instructions have changed.
To his surprise, his fellow PDP members were asking him “who sent him?”, before they descended on him and tore his shirt.
