Popular TV presenter, Frank Edoho has taken to his Twitter handle to share the stunning body transformation that he has undergone for the past few months since he started working out.
He made this known in a tweet where he revealed that since he broke his ankle while playing football in 2017, he has been putting on undesirable weight and has successfully shed all the excess within one month of intense workouts.
“In 2017 I broke my ankle playing football & I have struggled with weight loss ever since. There was a time I weighed 120kg. I felt awful.
“In April this year, I had enough and I set a 3 month target to lose fat. I attained it in a month. I ran & lifted weights & voila- I’m back”, he wrote on Twitter.
