The Nigerian government is dancing to a piece of dangerous music with its handling of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Recently, it was revealed that the Department of State Service (DSS) starved Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and took his blood 21 times for laboratory analysis.
Millions of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s supporters believe that the Nigerian government may be poisoning the IPOB leader. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was abducted in Kenya and transferred to Nigeria by a combined work of Kenyan and Nigerian agents. An action that is considered a crime in the international community.
What will it be like if the Nigerian government harms or kills Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in its custody or releases him as a dying man? Experts have said that killing Nnamdi Kanu, a man with a large number of followers of youths, would spell doom for Nigeria. In other words, Nnamdi Kanu’s death will bring an abrupt end to what is now known as one Nigeria.
The killing of Mr Kanu will further radicalize the youth and turn them into soldiers willing to die for what they believe is right. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is currently the reason many Youths in eastern Nigeria are still alive.
You can say that with him they have hope for a better future.
With Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they have the hope and determination to create a nation where justice and equality prevail. Nnamdi Kanu carries the torch of hope for millions of young people in Biafra. Have you ever thought about what would happen if one day these young people woke up and no longer saw this beacon of hope?
Kanu’s death would simply mean that all hope is lost, and the youths have no choice but to fight their battle themselves. On this note, you can say that the East will never be the same if anything happens to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu
The politicians in the East will all be driven out by the people. When I say all, I mean all. The youths will first accuse them of being the brains behind the assassination of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The people will persecute them and send them into exile.
The entire eastern region will turn into a burial ground for external forces. There will be many confrontations between the youth and the external forces. It will be so terrible that everything in Nigeria will begin to split. Soldiers from the east will refuse to fight their people, and that will bring the already divided state to a standstill.
Why these things happen, terrorists consisting of Boko Haram, ISWAP terrorists and Fulani herdsmen terrorists (bandits) will ravage the north. Nigeria will be brought to its knees. And as Mazi Nnamdi Kanu announced, the northern soldiers who survived will not see home to return to because the terrorists must have taken over the north.
The Nigerian government should urgently release IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu’s release is the first step towards a peaceful solution to the problem plaguing the country. Holding Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is holding Nigeria. Killing him would set the already burning country on fire even more.
