Gold Stars Haulage Removals were drafted in to clear up the flat in South Tyneside when they discovered it was bursting to the brim with urine filled beer tins in every room.
The tenant began the disgusting habit when the toilet broke and he wanted to save money.
Gold Stars soon requested help from cleaning company Partners in Grime to get the grim job done.
Describing it a ‘House of horrors’, the haulage firm posted shocking images to their Facebook page showing the beer cans piled across the home, accompanied by discarded cigarette packets and pizza boxes.
Company director Johnathon Caisley said: “We got a briefing of what was there, but it was nothing like what we expected.
“All the beer cans were filled with urine. The tenant broke his toilet for God knows how long and filled every can in the house.
“It was the smell, it was disgusting.”
He added: “There was three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen all absolutely full to the brim. The cupboards were filled with them as well.”
