Netizens were shocked after an expository video surfaced online showing the activities that are done by some corrupt traders.
In the video, workers were seen making little holes in bags of rice. Grains of rice will trickle down from the whole into a plastic rubber.
An inscription on the video revealed that the traders may end up removing up to 10kg of rice from the bag. Hereby delivering an incomplete package to the unsuspecting final retailer or final consumer.
