The lawmaker representing Kogi Central senatorial district, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has distributed grains to her constituents to alleviate their burden of purchasing food during the Ramadan season.
The Chief Press Secretary to Senator Natasha, Israel Arogbonlo in a press statement issued on Sunday stated that the items included 1,200 bags of beans and 1,200 bags of millet, which are being distributed to the people of Kogi Central irrespective of political affiliation.
Speaking during the distribution programme at her residence in Okehi local government, former House of Representative Member, Hon. Abdulrahman Badamasiu, said the distribution was initially delayed due to recent distractions.
