Sebastien Haller is named on the bench for Borussia Dortmund’s friendly against Fortuna Düsseldorf, with the striker in line to make his first appearance for the club since he was diagnosed with a testicular tumor six months ago.
It is Haller’s first appearance for the team that he moved to for £31m from Ajax last July.
Less than two weeks after joining Dortmund, Haller fell unwell in training and after undergoing medical examinations it was confirmed that he had a tumour.
Haller has remained incredibly positive through his treatment, which included four rounds of chemotherapy and two operations.
