Former Manchester United captain, Roy Keane criticized Mohamed Salah for his behaviour after being replaced during Sunday’s Premier League 1-1 draw between Liverpool and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Salah became agitated during the match after Liverpool’s manager, Jurgen Klopp removed him in the 77th minute.
The Egyptian winger appeared furious and began ripping off his wrist tape as he made his way to the dugout, after he was substituted for the Youngster, Ben Doak.
During his post-game analysis, Keane expressed his displeasure at Salah’s reaction to being subbed off.
Roy Keane while speaking said:
“You see him [Salah] off the pitch with his arms in the air – just sit down and shut up… it is fine if a player comes off like that, but don’t keep doing it on the bench.
“You have to take it. You can be upset, fine, but don’t drag it out. I have seen a lot more players that are better than Salah get taken off and they have been fine.
