A woman identified as Mrs Busola Oyediran has been arrested by Lagos Police for assaulting her two kids, aged 5.
Mrs Busola and her husband, Mr Akebiara Emmanuel, were arrested together for battery, after their neighbors reported the incident to a police station.
Photos of the two kids showed lots of scars all over their backs, from abuses meted out to them by their mother and stepfather.
