Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, travelled today to Egypt on a 3-day visit to understudy the country’s “power sector, education, planning and finance sectors” and African Action Progress’ presidential candidate and Sahara Reporters publisher, Omoyele Sowore had something to say about it.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Sowore tackled Obi, stating that the presidential election is in 9 months yet Obi wants to go “learn something from Egypt in 3 days?”
He further said that this is his problem with “unprepared candidates.”
On the other hand, Aisha Yesufu said; Read this thread and you will know that many Nigerians do not want to be citizens. They just want to be slaves with PRIVILEGES! They are looking for emperor by all means!
I totally agree with @adeyanjudeji !
@PeterObi has more business being in Ekiti than Egypt!
This is time for campaign! While campaigning for others you are campaigning for yourself. This is the time of building that structure of the people. Get a hold on the party!
The worst thing that can happen to a politician is to assume that all is ‘easy peasy’ but it is not!
@PeterObi winning the 2023 election is possible but it needs not just every hand on deck but also every single time from now till the date of election
Just being in Ekiti and meeting the people there and being in the campaign of another will accelerate the structural growth!
This rubbish that some of you are carrying on that @PeterObi will not be questioned or anything pointed out about him is how dictators are made!
A leader makes mistakes. What is important is for that leader to listen to the people and correct those mistakes and be better! She added.

Peter Obi should be going to Ekiti not Egypt. Election is happening on Saturday in Ekiti, Obi says he’s going to Egypt to understudy their system. Labour Party have a Guber candidate in Ekiti. This was how Moghalu was all over social media but someone called Dumebi defeated him.
