A post made by Simon Ekpa on Wednesday night has stirred reactions on social media.
The 38-year-old Nigerian-Finnish has come under heavy criticism as a screenshot of his post was scrutinized, and found wanting by Netizens of southeast extraction.
In the suspicious update from Simon Ekpa, he posted pictures of printed posters which are lying on the floor, bearing inscriptions like “You are warned to stay away from Nigeria 2023 election activities”.
However, the inscriptions didn’t stir criticisms, more than a half-hidden frame of the presidential candidate of the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the background.
Once again, Simon Ekpa’s integrity is doubted, as he was accused by a lot of users who circulated a screenshot of the post, as a paid agent of the ruling party.
The pro-biafra activist has been at the forefront of the Biafran struggle since the leader of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu was detained by the Nigerian government, who held him even after a federal high court cleared Kanu of all the charges against him.
