A multi-storey structure located on Oremeta Street in the Ojodu-Berger axis of Lagos State collapsed on Saturday morning, trapping an unspecified number of people beneath the debris.
The ill-fated building, said to be under construction, also housed the well-known EqualRight Restaurant.
According to eyewitness accounts, the collapse occurred at approximately 8 am, catching occupants and passersby by surprise.
