In a terrible incident that occurred in Ilorin, Kwara State, a man, Mohammed Faworaja lost his life while trying to escape from a German shepherd dog.
This incident took place close to Asa Dam in the Warah-Osin area of Ilorin West Local Government Area.
The unrestrained dog charged at Mohammed, causing him to hit an electric post, according to an anonymous source.
He died suddenly as a result of internal injuries brought on by this encounter. Sadly, the canned fish (Sardine) he went to buy was discovered lying next to the pole where the accident occurred.
According to SP Ajayi Okasanmi, the State Police Public Relations Officer, the owner of the dog has been found and a full investigation is ongoing.
