The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has promised to shoulder the bill of students who intend to sit for the West African Examination Council (WAEC), the National Examination Council (NECO), and the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) if he emerges victorious as Nigeria’s next president.
According to Mr. Kwankwaso who disclosed this during an interview session with BBC Hausa, his laid down plans are numerous and ranging from building over 500,000 primary schools in four years to enrolling over 20 million students for WAEC,NECO and JAMB, while stating that the JAMB validity would last four years and not one.
When asked on the reason why his alliance with the candidate of the Labour party failed through, Kwankwaso said that he refused to step down because he had more experience than Mr. Peter Obi.
