The kidnapped female corps member, Faith Onoriode, who was abducted along Kaduna-Abuja road alongside other travellers, has regained freedom.
It was gathered that her relatives had paid N2million, a motorbike, five Tecno phones and N100,000 recharge card as ransom.
Onoriode was kidnapped alongside others on March 21, 2022, while on her way to the orientation camp in Jigawa state.
Confirming the development to Vanguard, Festus Onoriode, the victim’s brother, affirmed that she was released on Sunday, May 29 and was undergoing medical attention.
