Gabriel Jesus has dismissed the thought of feeling the pressure of being Arsenal’s main man after his dream first outing for the club.
The £45m signing scored twice for the Gunners in their 5-3 win over FC Nurnberg on Friday but says he is not aiming to be an Arsenal’s main man.
“I don’t want to be a superstar,” he said after the friendly win. “I just want to play football, go on the pitch and help my team-mates, like a family.
“We have to do what we do together. Everything. Outside the pitch and on it. I’m not here to be the man, I’m here to help, to learn with these guys and to win together.”
