Tragedy struck in the early hours of Monday, July 8, after a containerized truck fully loaded fell on female naval biker somewhere in Iganmu area of Lagos state.
The identity of the deceased has yet to be ascertained but officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority LASTMA who arrived at the accident scene together with other rescue workers were able to pull out the remains of the unknown female naval biker. The area sources said falls under proscribed area for Okada operators but order was being flouted security personnel.
Confirming the incident to newsmen, the Director, the Special Adviser to the Governor, Hon. Sola Giwa, who also confirmed the incident, said it occurred at approximately 6:15 am at Sifax inward Iganmu Bridge, Lagos.
