There was a shocking outbreak of fire at the Palms Mall today in Lekki.
According to eyewitness, the cause of the fire outbreak was as a result of a car that was not switched off and so due to overheating, a resultant fire broke out.
The car owner did nothing to salvage the situation as well as passerby who took their phones to video instead of rendering the necessary help. But for the help of the security, the car would have been aflame and it would have affected the others causing a disaster today.
In reaction, some Nigerians have commented on the situation:
Maybe them don curse the owner of the car before him reach the mall. Cause what really happened I can’t explain. I’m sure he didn’t forget switching of the engine before coming down. It definitely must be a curse.
