Trial of former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, for alleged forgery of medical report at Ikeja Special Offences Court, was stalled due to his absence.
Fani-Kayode is on trial for a 12-count charge on use of false documents, fabricated evidence, procuring execution of documents by false pretence and fabricating evidence.
Defence counsel, Mr. Wale Balogun, informed the court of the absence of the defendant.
