In recent development in the upsurge of crises and violence, a Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor has commenced a legal action before the FCT High Court against Simon Ekpa, on a plethora of grave infractions arising from his violent, disturbing and false declarations.
In the legal onslaught already commenced, Esquire Ejiofor stated the action as one in the long line of compelling civil and criminal litigations coming.
He said:
The hour has come, and I wish to reiterate that you Simon Ekpa cannot escape from the long arms of the law
The legal action would see that judgement be carried with or without the presence of the defendants.
