Born Ntombezinle Jiyane on the 30th of December 1983, is a South African songwriter, Disc jockey, entrepreneur and media personality.
DJ Zinhle’s motivation was her elder brother who she recognises as her role model and who pushed her to achieve her dreams.
DJ Zinhle is one of the best DJs in Africa, her career started in 2004.
Her rise to prominence was in 2019, she played for a dance tv show called Jika Makija. She headlined the Zimfest Festival in Zimbabwe the same year. Her hit song Umlili got over five million streams the same year.
She has worked with various top South African musicians, some are Busiwa, Lloyiso, Dr Duda, Muzzle and many more. Some songs by are her My Name is, Colors, Uzobuya, Siyabonga, iNtombi and many others.
DJ Zihle is a graduate of Commerce from the University of Johannesburg.
Her reality tv show which is centred on her life is aired on Black Entertainment Television (BET).
