Aloy Ejimakor, the Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Monday, said the self-determination was not against President Bola Tinubu but reminded him of his promise during his presidential campaign.
In a tweet, Ejimakor noted that former President Muhammadu Buhari took the self-determination personally by opting to kill and rendition for it.
He urged Tinubu to be smart and not repeat Buhari’s mistake.
According to Ejimakor: Dear @officialABAT, a promise is a debt. #FreeMNK. You’re not Buhari who misconstrued self determination as a crime.
