Aloy Ejimakor reacts to DSS disobedience of court orders

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has called on President Bola Tinubu to stop the Department of State Services (DSS) from serial disobedience of court orders.

Aloy explained that a nation dancing a dicey ‘surugede’ is a nation dancing on the brink & baying for implosion.

Ejimakor was speaking against the backdrop of the fiasco between the operatives of the DSS and officers of the Nigerian

He wrote ;

A nation dancing a dicey ‘surugede’ is a nation dancing on the brink & baying for implosion. We just cannot continue like this. #FreeMNK and come to the table. There are solutions to this.

Recall that some members of the DSS and NCoS engaged in a squabble following the court order that the latter should take custody of the embattled governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele until he perfected his bail conditions.
