Maguire finalized his divorce from Jennifer Meyer, with whom he shares two children, just last month & officiated her wedding just weeks later.
Meyer and Ogunlesi, 34, had a baby together over the summer before getting married in Hawaii at the Four Seasons Resort.
Maguire and Meyer reportedly split about 10 years ago, filed for divorce six years ago, and finalized the divorce on September 21.
