Robbers Storm Asaba Gadget Store, Loot Phones & Laptops

Chilling CCTV footage has emerged showing the moment armed men stormed a popular electronics and gadgets shop in Asaba, Delta State, carting away valuable items in a swift and coordinated operation.

The incident, captured on the store’s surveillance cameras at MG MagCart Gadgets on Saturday, May 2, 2026, shows several men entering the shop appearing as ordinary customers. Moments later, they brandished handguns, taking control of the premises as terrified staff and customers were forced to comply.

According to the footage, the robbers moved with precision through the well-stocked store. They targeted display cases filled with smartphones — including prominent iPhone branding — laptops, and other high-value electronics. Items were quickly removed from shelves and packed into bags while one or more armed members kept watch over those present. A woman in a pink dress and other individuals inside the store can be seen navigating the tense situation as the thieves operated.

The entire operation, which lasted roughly two minutes on camera, ended with the suspects exiting the premises with their loot. No casualties were visible in the footage, but the psychological and financial impact on the business owner has been severe.
