According to the sources, the suspects were intercepted while conveying supplies in a pickup vehicle.

Items recovered from them include 14 cartons of drinks, three mobile phones, watermelons, and the sum of ₦69,450.

The sources said the recovered items were suspected to be logistics meant for terrorist elements operating within the area.

The suspects and exhibits are currently in the custody for further investigation and necessary action.

Security sources added that operations are ongoing to disrupt supply chains and cut off support networks aiding terrorist activities in the North-East.
