Sean “Diddy” Combs, the American music mogul, could face criminal charges linked to the 1996 m¥rder of legendary rapper Tupac Shakur if Duane “Keffe D” Davis, the man accused of helping plan the k+lling, is convicted.
Davis is currently on trial for allegedly plotting Shakur’s m¥rder amid a vi%lent feud between rival gangs. Prosecutors allege that he was inside the white Cadillac from which the fatal sh%ts were fired and later handed the g¥n to the shooter.
The prosecution has also presented a secret 2008 police recording in which Davis allegedly claimed that Combs offered him $1 million to k+ll Shakur.
Davis has denied the claims, saying his previous statements about the m¥rder were exaggerated to gain fame and notoriety.
