A 45-year-old woman identified as Nageshwari has allegedly ended her life at her residence in Mysuru, India, after reportedly experiencing prolonged distress over alleged hara@sment at her workplace.
According to India Today, Nageshwari had worked at a supermarket for several years before her de@th. A note reportedly recovered from her residence contained allegations against a newly appointed supervisor identified as Dolly.
In the note, Nageshwari allegedly accused the supervisor of subjecting her to mental hara+sment and claimed she was denied her weekly days off. She also alleged that she was pressured to accept responsibility for mistakes she said were not hers.
Nageshwari further claimed that she was dismissed from her job after being absent for two to three days because she was ill. According to the report, she said the treatment she experienced at work left her deeply distressed.
Her husband, Ashok, reportedly said he found her unresponsive on the floor of their home on Friday. He had been outside at the time and became concerned after several calls to his wife went unanswered.
