Two sons of the South-East Zonal Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Alhaji Haruna Sale, have reportedly been k+lled after g¥nmen att@cked a cattle settlement in Oheoyya Community, Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State.
The victims, Ahmadu and Umaru, were allegedly m¥rdered during the att@ck, which occurred around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 25. About 40 cattle belonging to association members were also reportedly sl@ughtered.
In a statement by MACBAN’s National Deputy Director-General, Gidado Siddiki, the association alleged that unidentified armed men stormed the settlement, k+lled the two brothers and att@cked the cattle. It described the incident as a tragic a§sault on law-abiding citizens engaged in legitimate livestock business.
