A Nigerian man, David Oyedeji Adediwura, has lost his life following a fatal road cr@sh in the United Kingdom. The incident happened at about 9:38 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, on Cory Wright Way in Wheathampstead.
According to Hertfordshire Police, a silver Vauxhall Astra carrying Adediwura and two other men collided with a grey BMW 840i. The three occupants of the Astra, aged in their 30s, 40s and 50s, were pronounced d+ad at the scene, while the BMW driver, a man in his 30s, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
Following the tragedy, Adediwura’s former colleague at Yodel and DHL, Iretiayo Oyewole, launched a GoFundMe campaign with a £10,000 target to assist the late Nigerian’s wife and their three children.
