A 45-year-old Nigerian man, Obinwa Obichukwu, has been sentenced to two years in prison in the United Kingdom after being found guilty of s+xually a§§aulting a woman twice near London’s Euston train station.
Obichukwu, from Armstrong Close, Hertfordshire, was convicted on two counts of s+xual a§sault following an investigation by the British Transport Police (BTP). The a§§aults occurred on the evening of August 20, 2023.
According to investigators, Obichukwu approached the woman as she walked towards the station, struck up a conversation about the music she was listening to, put his arm around her shoulder and invited her to his home. He allegedly grabbed her hand, repeatedly told her he loved her and blocked her from entering the station before s+xually a§§aulting her.
