Residents of Oghara Kingdom in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State are gripped by fear following a series of d+adly k+dnappings in which victims were reportedly k+lled even after ransom payments.
According to reports , one of the victims was abd¥cted alongside his wife by k+dnappers. While the woman later managed to escape captivity, her husband was allegedly k+lled despite the payment of ransom.
In a separate atta, suspected k+dnappers reportedly k+lled a farmer, Vincent Adojor, and abd¥cted his wife and child after ambushing the family while they were working on their farm around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026.
The Oghara Study Group (OSG), a civil advocacy organisation, confirmed the incidents during a press conference in Warri on Thursday, July 2.
