Video footage has emerged showing the operation that led to the rescue of Mrs Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul, the younger sister of former Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, and her 12-year-old twin sons, Peter and Paul, after they were abd¥cted in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The victims were rescued around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday after police operatives engaged their captors in a g¥n b@ttle. According to reports, the rescue was carried out at a residential building in an undisclosed location following intelligence gathering, surveillance and sustained pressure on the kidn@ppers.
The footage showed one suspected kidn@pper in handcuffs, while another was discovered hiding on the rooftop of the building. Two suspects were arrested during the operation.
