Jos M@ssacre: “You Ride in Bull+tproof Cars While Your Members Are Being K+lled,” — Portable Calls Out Nigerian Pastors

Singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has criticized Nigerian pastors for what he described as their continued silence over the alleged k+lling of Christians in the country.

His reaction follows reports of a fresh att@ck on worshippers during Palm Sunday in Jos, Plateau State, by suspected militants an incident that has reignited public debate around claims of targeted vi%lence against Christians.

In a video shared online, the Zazu crooner accused pastors of hypocrisy, claiming they prioritize personal safety such as using bulletproof vehicles while failing to speak out when their members are under att@ck.

Portable also questioned why religious leaders have not organized protests or taken stronger action in response to the k+llings, saying he finds it troubling that pastors remain quiet despite repeated incidents.

He further argued that religious leaders from other faiths would respond more forcefully if their followers were being targeted in a similar manner.

Speaking in a mix of Yoruba and Pidgin, Portable expressed frustration over what he sees as a lack of leadership and advocacy from Christian clerics in the face of ongoing vi%lence.
