World champion boxer Canelo threatens Lionel Messi

Canelo Alvarez tells God that he hopes he doesn’t catch Messi in person after he saw a video of Messi using the Mexican flag to clean the floor.

In a video of the Argentine side celebrating their first victory of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Messi can be seen slightly kicking the Mexico jersey as he attempted to remove his cleats.

Canelo took the situation out of proportion by going to Twitter to express his frustration with Messi.

“Did you guys see Messi cleaning the floor with our jersey and flag,” Alvarez tweeted. “He better pray to God that I don’t find him.

“Just like I respect Argentina, he has to respect Mexico! I’m not talking about the country as a whole, just about the bulls–t that Messi did.”
